Welcome to the Friendship Force of Central Virginia. We are proud to be one of more than 377 Friendship Force clubs in 60 countries promoting peace and friendship. Our club’s focus is breaking down cultural barriers, believing that:

if you understand and appreciate other cultures, you don’t fear them;

if you don’t fear them, you don’t hate them; and

if you don’t hate them, you won’t want to fight them

Members have the opportunity to visit other domestic and international clubs, staying in homes of the hosting club’s members. We also share our culture-rich area with visiting “ambassadors” from other clubs. Whether sharing homes, cultural events or just conversations over meals, we realize that we are more alike than different.

The club also hosts speakers on relevant educational topics and sponsors international Judge Advocate General (JAG) students as well as engages in member social activities. We hope to see you at a future event.
